  Brought my car in for emissions inspection but didn't pass due to the "monitors not being ready" which was my fault for resetting a check engine light. Ended up not being ready the second time as you need to drive the car 50-100 miles usually to set readiness, but in my case a lot more. They were very patient and helpful in the process, and when I brought it in the third time they hopped in the car to do a quick check before I left, and the car passed.

  I've been here several times for service. I am always impressed but today they went above & beyond. They diagnosed and tightened the loose fuel tube causing a strong fuel smell in my car's cabin. Total bill? $0. I would have been happy to pay for the diagnosis and tightening but they insisted they didn't do much of anything. They said they just wanted to make sure my car was safe. I'll be back again and again. I love their sense of quality, safety and fairness.
